I was successful, capable, and doing all the right things.
Inside, I lived with constant pressure to keep going, keep proving.
Becoming a mother made that impossible to ignore.
It exposed how automatic the guilt, self-pressure, and over-functioning had become and showed me something no job change, productivity system, or mindset shift ever could:
The problem wasn’t effort.
It was what my body had learned to rely on to feel okay.
Through nervous system regulation, somatic work, and inner child reparenting I found lasting change.
Today, this is the work I do with women who are successful on the outside but know, deeply, that they can’t keep living from pressure.
